Different purchasing needs follow different routes. The right next step depends on stock availability, order quantity, product status and whether the request is customized.
Stock-Supported Order
When relevant material is available, we confirm the stock with the customer and discuss whether it fits the required product, quantity and delivery plan.
Small-Batch Order
For smaller-quantity requirements, we may connect the inquiry with a suitable local MexyTech agent for faster local follow-up, subject to the destination market and product.
Custom or ODM Order
New profiles and customized systems follow an additional feasibility, drawing, sampling and approval route before production release.
How Video Inspection Resolved a Pre-Shipment Concern (Canada, 2019)
When Canadian client Mr. Hamed ordered over 200 sqm of WPC decking and wall cladding, pre-shipment photos initially caused concern that the finished color differed from his small handheld samples, leading to a hold on the order.
Rather than disputing the claim from a distance, our team conducted a detailed on-site video inspection under natural daylight, walked through the production batch board by board, and shared full-plank high-resolution comparisons. The client withdrew the hold, paid the balance, and confirmed upon container arrival that the quality exceeded expectations.
Lesson: Real-time video inspection and transparent pre-shipment sign-offs protect both sides before goods leave the port.
