Engineering Support
More Than WPC Materials: On-Site Installation Guidance for Overseas Projects
From profile selection and installation logic to project requirements and product-system optimization, MexyTech helps partners make more confident technical decisions. For overseas projects, support can include installation manuals, technical drawings, safety guidance, remote review and on-site technical training at agreed key stages.
Support Across the Product Journey
The best technical support begins before the product is specified. We help align product selection, installation conditions and performance expectations with the actual application. Our guidance covers the newest generations too — ZipDeck, FlowShield, NovaScend, Alumverde and FlowVeins — because a new system only wins when it installs cleanly the first time.
System Selection
Match decking, cladding, fencing and pergola systems to the site, visual goal, usage and maintenance expectation.
Technical Documentation
Provide installation manuals, standard technical drawings and safety guidance so the local team can prepare with confidence.
Remote & On-Site Guidance
Support key installation stages through remote review, practical training or agreed on-site technical guidance for complex projects.

Overseas Installation Guidance in Practice
MexyTech has established an overseas installation guidance service for agreed projects. The service is designed around the documents, training and on-site technical support that local professional installation teams need.
Installation Documentation
Prepare installation manuals, technical drawings and safety guidance for the selected WPC system and project stage.
Remote Review & Team Training
Review key installation questions remotely and help local teams understand system logic, fixing details and common site issues.
Agreed On-Site Guidance
For suitable overseas projects, provide technical guidance at agreed key stages. Installation work remains with the customer’s appointed professional team.
Diagnosing Façade Warping: Why Expansion Gaps Matter
Less than a year after installing co-extrusion wall cladding on a commercial project in Bulgaria, an area of approximately 50 sqm showed arching and joint warping. The initial assumption was material defect.
Our engineering team cooperated with the contractor to inspect the site and dismantle sample sections. The root cause was clear: boards had been installed end-to-end without the thermal expansion gaps required by our technical manual. During seasonal temperature swings, expanding composite boards had nowhere to go but upward.
Following our re-installation guide with proper joist spacing and expansion allowances, the cladding was re-fixed and has remained flat and stable ever since.
