Quality Control

Quality Built Into Every WPC System

From the factory inspection lab and production lines to final packing, MexyTech supports quality control with documented checks and product-performance evidence. Relevant reports and specifications are available for the selected product system and market requirement.

Quality Control From Production to Release

Quality is managed as a closed loop—not a final check alone. We inspect key stages during production, verify finished products and test selected samples before an order is cleared for shipment.

01

Extrusion Sampling

Samples are checked during extrusion for key product characteristics, including dimensions, color consistency, surface appearance and installation fit.

02

Post-Processing Checks

After processing, we review finish quality, texture detail, cutting and overall appearance before products move to final inspection.

03

Finished-Product Inspection

Finished boards and accessories are sampled for conformity with the approved product drawing, visual standard and packing requirements.

Testing & Sampling

Inspection Backed by Product Testing

Our inspection process combines visual and dimensional checks with product testing for selected samples. The test scope is matched to the product type and quality requirement.

What We Have Put Into Practice

Quality Control Evidence From Real Operations

MexyTech’s quality approach is supported by repeatable inspection steps, product testing records and release decisions—not only by a final visual check.

Multi-Stage Inspection

Inspection is carried out during extrusion, after post-processing and again on finished products before shipment coordination.

Test-Backed Product Evidence

Selected WPC decking samples have supporting performance data covering water absorption, slip resistance, impact, flexural and freeze–thaw testing.

Release and Re-Inspection

Orders requiring sorting, rework or corrective action are followed up and re-inspected before they are cleared for shipment.

Reference Test Data

Indicative Performance Data from Tested WPC Decking Samples

The following figures are approximate reference values from selected MexyTech WPC decking samples tested under specified laboratory methods. They help project teams understand the type of performance documentation available—not a universal guarantee for every product, profile or production batch.

≈ 0.5%

Water absorption
24-hour immersion reference

R10

Slip resistance
Oil-wet ramp reference

≈ 0.9–1.0 m

Impact resistance
Falling-weight reference

≈ 27–29 MPa

Flexural strength
Tested sample reference

3 cycles

Freeze–thaw test
Conditioning reference

Important: Actual results depend on the product system, formulation, profile, sample condition and applicable test standard. Request the complete test report for the exact product under consideration.

Clear Decisions Before Shipment

Inspection findings are graded against the approved product standard. Orders may be cleared, released with a documented warning, or held for sorting, corrective action and re-inspection before shipment.

Pass or Conditional Release

Only orders assessed as conforming—or approved for documented conditional release—move forward to shipment coordination.

Corrective Action & Re-Inspection

Where results require full sorting or rework, the order is followed up and re-inspected before release.
