When a leading outdoor brand plans its next generation of products, the first conversation is often with us — not because we sell the most boards, but because we can take an idea from material formulation to a branded, market-ready system faster than most.
Since 2009 we have controlled the full chain ourselves: formulation, extrusion, testing and packing. Five material generations and a shelf of patented systems later, brand partners come to us with what they want to launch next — and growing distributors come for the proven products those launches leave behind.

Our Laboratory
Every Batch Is Tested Before It Ships
Our in-house laboratory tests samples from each production batch and records the results for traceability. Since 2012 we have also run a laboratory cooperation with South China University of Technology, and product design is led by Dr. Michael, a doctor of polymer materials with 20 years in polymer research and development.
Boiling test · 80+ hours
8 hours boiling and 8 hours freezing per day for two weeks, then checked for cracking, bending or deformation.
Cooling test · 80+ hours
Held below 0 °C for 8 hours a day over two weeks to simulate very cold climates.
UV test · 80+ hours
Xenon lamps simulate sunlight; tested samples are compared with the original colour to rate fading.
Bending strength
A 50 cm board on a 40 cm span — a typical joist spacing — is loaded until it breaks.
3D printing
New designs are 3D-printed to check feasibility before a new mould is made.
Standard boards
New production is compared with standard boards for size, colour and texture; anything beyond tolerance is rejected.

Always News: Seventeen Years of Launches
Our promise to brand partners is simple: always news. Every milestone below started as an installation problem or a market gap — and ended as a product line.
First-generation PE-WPC decking enters production in Foshan.
The world's first fence combining aluminium alloy with WPC boards — still the base of our fencing systems today.
Second material generation: a co-extruded protective cap over the WPC core, for stronger scratch, stain and fade resistance.
Patented adjustable pedestal (60–1,200 mm, 2.5 t/m²) launched; the same year, a fire-resistant WPC formula was developed with university partners.
Big 600×600 mm tiles on a patented aluminium base — at least 30% less installation labour, DIY possible.
A redesigned fence with a stronger 3D appearance, upgraded with co-extruded panels for better durability and wood texture.
Two colours in one board, produced in a single co-extrusion pass.
The ArcShield Suprotect fence, and co-extrusion Seamless Decking with a patented no-gap profile and clip-easy system.
ZipDeck seamless tool-free decking and FlowShield privacy fence (ASA boards + aluminium clips) launch.
The FlowVeins layered system leads our 5th material generation; WidePlank wide-board fencing and New Click cladding are the latest launches. From prototype to mass production in as fast as 4 weeks.
NovaScend ASA cladding and Alumverde aluminium-WPC decking launch; New Click removable cladding and a new-concept ASA wide-panel fence enter the launch pipeline.
