From Product Opportunity to Launch

Brief, Design & Drawing Sign-Off
Share your product drawing or requirements. We prepare or review the design, then align the product model, dimensions and intended application, and obtain your sign-off on the drawing before tooling begins.

Tooling Feasibility & Confirmation
We confirm tooling feasibility, estimated mold timing, tooling cost and the confirmed drawing before the tooling agreement is finalized.

Trial Sample & Validation
Our sales and design teams review trial-mold samples. Where required, samples are sent to you for confirmation, and three small specimens undergo new-product boiling-water and aging tests.

Product Data & Production Release
After approval, confirm tonnage-based pricing and settlement meter weight, then release the product for order production.
